Steve Kravits Steve has twenty-seven years experience designing, developing, implementing and managing passive and active in-mine and surface coal mine degasification and coal bed gas recovery techniques including commercializing CMM / CBM. Steve established AMT Drilling International Inc. in 1995 changing the name to Target Drilling Inc. in 1998. |

Gary Dubois Gary earned a B.S. in Mining Engineering from West Virginia University. Since starting in the industry Gary is a PA registered professional engineer. He has held numerous salaried positions in his nearly 30 years working in the industry at several large underground Mines in southwestern Pennsylvania. Gary manages one of TDI's CM commercialization projects and sealing of CBM boreholes with gel. |

Don Williams As the Manager of Accounting and Contract Administration for Target Drilling, since March 2000, Don has been responsible for the financial management of Target Drilling reporting directly to Steve Kravits including completing day-to-day, monthly and quarterly accounting requirements. |

Tom Marshall After working for the U.S. Bureau of Mines as an Electronics and Hydraulics Technician for 35 years, Tom is responsible for maintaining and repairing Target’s eight real-time cabled steering systems and two EM transmission steering systems day in and day out minimizing costly delays in the field as well as managing Target's Information Technology requirements. |

Jessica Gardner Jessica earned her Masters of Arts in Strategic Communication and Leadership from Seton Hall University and is Target Drilling’s Human Resources Manager. As Human Resource Manager she is responsible for all personnel matters. |

TDI Partnership...
As a turnkey drilling company, TDI is looking for partnerships with Marcellus Shale operators interested in forming a strategic, long-term partnership. TDI will apply turnkey drilling and directional services, underbalanced or over-balanced, plus in-house hauling of its permitted and non-permitted loads to minimize Operator inconvenience and maximize Operator’s profitability. Additionally, TDI offers well drilling incentives sharing the risk and gain of drilling wells under budget for the Operator.

Fit for Purpose...
TDI provides fabrication and design for its “fit for purpose” rigs such as the TDI-480, TDI-120, TDI-95, and underground MSHA permissible horizontal rigs. Beginning in 2011, TDI will market these design and fabrication capabilities to outside clients. This creates a unique capability that TDI can provide to the Marcellus Shale Operators and other oil, gas and mining companies, both domestic and international.
